Responsibilities & Context:
Source and purchase locally available food ingredients such as Vegetable, fish, meat and other raw materials for Cafeteria.
Ensure all raw materials meet the required quality specifications approved concerned departments.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to the Cafeteria to maintain uninterrupted services.
Identify, source, and evaluate reliable suppliers for raw materials and ingredients,
Monitor stock levels and initiate purchasing to avoid shortages or overstock.
Support periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
Maintain accurate stock control records, ensuring all data is up to date in both automated and manual systems.
Generate and share regular inventory reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Store all food ingredients, raw materials in safe and systematic way
Any other task given by the authority.
