• Only Male

• Source and purchase locally available food ingredients such as Vegetable, fish, meat and other raw materials for Cafeteria.

• Ensure all raw materials meet the required quality specifications approved concerned departments.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to the Cafeteria to maintain uninterrupted services.

• Identify, source, and evaluate reliable suppliers for raw materials and ingredients,

• Monitor stock levels and initiate purchasing to avoid shortages or overstock.

• Support periodic stock verification and inventory audits.

• Maintain accurate stock control records, ensuring all data is up to date in both automated and manual systems.

• Generate and share regular inventory reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Store all food ingredients, raw materials in safe and systematic way

• Any other task given by the authority.
