Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare cash vouchers and manage petty cash disbursements.
∎ Maintain factory cash book and reconcile advance cash adjustments.
∎ Prepare receipts and payment statements accurately and promptly.
∎ Manage driver and helper advance registers and ensure proper adjustment to reduce overdrawn balances.
∎ Prepare daily labor reports and conduct analysis to track labor expenses.
∎ Verify and prepare transport bills for payment processing.
∎ Conduct inventory inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance with inventory management procedures.
