Job Responsibilities:
∎ Read processing schedules, operate logs, test oil sample results and identify equipment controls changes to produce specified product quantity and quality.
∎ Comply with best practices, standard operating procedures and develop and maintain continuous improvement efforts.
∎ Regularly engage with operators on the plant floor to learn, optimize and troubleshoot process.
∎ Support new product development with production trial coordination and troubleshooting.
∎ Read temperature in pressure gauges and flowmeters, record readings and compile in records.
∎ Support optimal performance of multiple production processes.
∎ Drive standardization of process operation conditions and reduce process and measurement variability.
∎ Utilize Lean/Six-Sigma techniques to drive improvement into our processes and projects.
∎ Update and maintain Process and Production Data collection systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ As Refineries process Operator at least 5 years of experience.
