∎ Professional qualifications (CA, VAT, TAX, Audit, RJSC) will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
∎ Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
∎ Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
∎ Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
∎ Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
∎ Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
∎ Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
∎ Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
∎ Secure financial information by conducting database backups and maintaining strict confidentiality.
∎ Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
∎ Responding appropriately to a vendor, client, and internal requests.
∎ Constantly update job knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 3 years' work experience in related field.
∎ Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
∎ Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
∎ High level of accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Courteous, professional manner & decent communication skills.
∎ Computer literacy and typing skills, experience with accounting software would be an added advantage.
∎ Willingness to comply with all company, local, state, and financial regulations.
