Job Description / Responsibility

• Perform pre-audit and post-audit of all different kinds of bill voucher to ensure compliance with existing policies & management approval of respective concern.

• Prepare reports and preserve documentation pertaining to audits for internal record.

• Visit construction sites and check their bills regularly.

• Monitor technician’s activities in the Head Office.

• Measure and verify different contractual work inside the factory premises.

• Visit different warehouses around the country.

• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.

• Reporting to supervisor & Head of department on audit findings.

• Maintain professional relationships with team members and all internal & external stakeholders.

• Other duties as assigned by the management.
