- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs.
- Ensure courses and curricula align with university policies and accreditation requirements.
- Work with faculty to schedule classes, assign instructors, and manage course offerings.
- Maintain accurate program records, including syllabi, assessment reports, and learning outcomes.
- Student Support & Engagement:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for program students regarding academic requirements, registration, and course selection.
- Organize orientation programs, seminars, workshops, and extracurricular activities related to the program.
- Monitor student progress and coordinate academic advising or interventions when needed.
- Administrative & Reporting Duties:
- Prepare reports for departmental heads, university management and external agencies.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor program expenditures.
- Maintain program databases and ensure timely updates of academic and administrative records.
- Liaison & Communication:
- Act as a link between faculty, students, administration, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth academic and administrative operations.
- Represent the program at meetings, conferences, or university events.
