Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor in Geology/Geological Science/Geology and mining or Earth Science or in a related field from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Division: Water Resource Planning
∎ Reporting To: Team Leader/Project Leader
∎ Grade - P-VII
∎ Duty Station: Coxs’ bazar (8 Upazillas)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and construction supervision of community production well of size 100mm x 50mm
∎ Full time supervision of borehole drilling, drilling cutting/sediment sampling and preparation of borelog and inspection of production well materials.
∎ Design of production well fixture based on borelog information/ lithological sample/ sediment sample.
∎ Supervision of production well fixture lowering, gravel packing, development, step draw down test, long-run pumping and all other related works.
∎ Prepare and submit as-built drawing of production well and make revised estimate accordingly
∎ Perform any other duties as per instructions from the respective Team Leader/Project Leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 02 years experience and track record in the related area.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have a ‘can-do’ attitude and have a mindset to work in Coxs'bazar during the tenure of appointment
∎ The incumbent must have a mindset to work in a team in remote areas.
∎ Must be able to carry out multi-tasking activities and have a mindset to work under pressure.
