Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): dairy production
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Randomly sample collection for quality check purpose like as Fat, CLR, BR etc.
∎ Monitoring the milk collection system with chilling center & personal hygiene condition.
∎ Lab equipment and chemical check as per register, stock and cross check raw milk test chemical update or not.
∎ Raw milk quality check after complete the collection.
∎ Ensure staff and farmers training/meeting.
∎ Survey for better area selection for chilling center.
∎ Randomly Milk tanker check for find out the problem.
∎ Monthly chemical requisition given & monitoring.
∎ Lab instrument calibration & follow up.
∎ Any other duties by the higher management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in raw milk chilling sector or Dairy QAD.
