Educational Requirements:
∎ Honor's/Masters in any Discipline. Commerce or Business background will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling day to day petty cash transactions.
∎ Maintaining day to day cash register in the accounting software (Customized ERP).
∎ Checking documents/ instruments of the petty cash expenses and preparing the summary for payments.
∎ Checking Daily Sales with ERP.
∎ Reconciliation of daily sales & credit sales report with ERP.
∎ Proper documentation and file management.
∎ Reporting to Head office from time to time.
∎ Strong computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel.
∎ Good in interpersonal communication.
∎ Any assignment will be handled and provided, the instruction given by the reporting manager and Head of Dept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates must have 1 to 2 years practical experience for doing works in the department of Finance and Accounts.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication
