Role Summary

The Junior Executive - Seamless Dyeing Production will oversee shift operations in the dyeing production process, ensuring efficient management of manpower and machinery. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality production standards, meeting delivery timelines, and supporting accurate database updates and color matching processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Operation Management: Supervise and manage shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient dyeing production processes.
• Man & Machine Coordination: Oversee the allocation and utilization of manpower and machinery to optimize production output.
• Production Quality & Delivery: Maintain consistent production quality while ensuring on-time delivery of dyed products.
• Database Updates: Follow up on and ensure accurate updates to production databases for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Color Matching Process: Monitor and support the color matching process to achieve desired shade accuracy and consistency.
