Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and approach potential clients to promote company products and services.
Achieve sales targets set by the management.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Visit clients when necessary for meetings, follow-ups, and business development.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution
