Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide visa related information to applicants.
∎ Assist applicants with documentation before applying for visa.
∎ Counsel applicants regarding visa application.
∎ Process visa file before applying for Visa.
∎ Student counseling.
∎ Immigration counseling.
∎ Have an active role in promoting the business through social media and other platforms.
∎ Prepare documentation and submit all visa applications for the various countries.
∎ Maintain good liaise with Visa Agencies, Embassies, passport offices, security clearance authorities, customs, and immigration authority.
∎ Plan and produce a tactical sales call plan each week with an update of the previous week. Package sale to Customer, Convince Customer
∎ Follow up Sales, Follow up Customer Service, B2B, and B2C Sale.
∎ Prepare tour itinerary.
∎ Collect customer reviews.
∎ Achieve Personal Target.
∎ Answering emails and telephone queries.
∎ Reply social media quires.
∎ Handle guests.
∎ 24/7 sales support.
∎ All Communication with clients for marketing & selling holiday packages.
∎ Perform any other Tasks assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Should have good writing skill in English
∎ Should have good communication skill in both Bangla & English
∎ 0 -1 years experience on customer service / sales position.

Salary:
∎ 10000-20000Tk (Depend on experience)
