Job Context:
∎ Work days: Saturday - Thursday.
∎ Job Location: Navana Rahim Ardent, Suite #A, B-5(5TH flr.) 185, Shahid Syed Nazrul Islam Sharani, Bijoynagor, Kakrail Dhaka-1000.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital marketing.
∎ Customer Relation.
∎ Market analysis, product evaluation ( both online & physical).
∎ Managing and updating social media platforms.
∎ Communication with customers regularly ( over phone, email, etc.).
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and requirements.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with team members in a timely and effective manner
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Submit Customer feedback report to the management daily basis.
∎ Others works as advised by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Fresher's/ Final Year Students are encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent Oral & Written communication skills with strong command in MS Office, above applications.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Online Marketing sales & marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
