Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Prior experience in customer service; exposure to the food/agro industry is an advantage.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

  • Ability to contribute to the enhancement of customer service tools and procedures.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.

  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Junior Executive (Customer Care) is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to support customer retention and business growth through proactive service.

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.

  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.

  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, policies, and delivery schedules.

  • Process customer orders and follow up to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, services, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Record and monitor customer interactions to identify areas for improvement.

  • Support the development and enhancement of customer service procedures and tools.

  • Assist in executing sales and marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business development.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, customer service standards, and industry regulations.
