Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare all types of export documents.
∎ Maintain commercial related activities from factory responsible to prepare all kind of BOM, CO checker, PDS Checker, Manufacturing process, Form I, Carotar etc.
∎ Custom handling, Export documentation and Capable to handle EPB related activities.
∎ Execute, Coordinate, Monitor LC related works.
∎ Co-ordinate with Govt. Officials, BOI, C&F Agents, Banks, BEPZA, Custom House and EPZ Customs, Freight Forwarders, Transport for execution of Export purpose etc.
∎ Ensure all logistics activities related to Export.
∎ EXP From, Invoice, Packing list Prepared for Shipment and furnishing EPZ & banking formalities like EXP, EP etc.
∎ Maintaining in/out flow of payments (L/Cs, TT etc.)
∎ Maintaining all files and registers of related work.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Should have good knowledge of Commercial (Export) Working Experience in BEPZA zone.
∎ Having experience on mail correspondence.
∎ Well conversant with office management.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Having sound knowledge on Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
∎ Dynamic, motivated, energetic, pro-active, driven to meet targets.
∎ Good team-player with a feeling for cultural differences as well as positioning within the management team.
∎ Knowledge in ORACLE system.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
