∎ MBA in Marketing from any reputed institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in developing Annual Brand Plan and formulating marketing mix by generating ideas.
∎ Responsible for timely implementation of annual brand plan through integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
∎ Prepare detail plan & budget to execute brand visibility in specific areas to maximize brand promotion.
∎ Manage a brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability.
∎ Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
∎ Ensure timely and within cost development of products as per the plan.
∎ Monitor outdoor branding & activation.
∎ Support in brand protection activities.
∎ Conducting research on the respective market as well as competitors' branding activities to identify factors driving consumer trends.
∎ Regularly survey and understand consumer & market environment to identify new market share and branding opportunity which lead to increase sales and improve market share.
∎ Build strong relationship and foster teamwork among agencies, suppliers and extended team to achieve maximum performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be energetic, proactive, result oriented and hard working.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
