• Monitor and maintain Live Broadcast systems.    
• Provide technical support for special events and remote broadcasts. 
• Troubleshooting technical issues.  
•  Providing timely and accurate feedback.    
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.    
• Talk through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues    
• Troubleshoot system problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replace parts as required.
• Test and evaluate new technology.   
• Stay up-to-date with the latest broadcast technology and industry trends.
• Work closely with production teams to support their technical needs.
• Manage inventory of technical equipment and supplies.    
• Respond to emergency technical issues promptly.    
• Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance.
