Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor and maintain Live Broadcast systems.
- Provide technical support for special events and remote broadcasts.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Providing timely and accurate feedback.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Talk through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replace parts as required.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest broadcast technology and industry trends.
- Work closely with production teams to support their technical needs.
- Manage inventory of technical equipment and supplies.
- Respond to emergency technical issues promptly.
- Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance.
