Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and maintain Live Broadcast systems.
∎ Provide technical support for special events and remote broadcasts.
∎ Troubleshooting technical issues.
∎ Providing timely and accurate feedback.
∎ Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
∎ Talk through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
∎ Troubleshoot system problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Replace parts as required
∎ Test and evaluate new technology
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest broadcast technology and industry trends.
∎ Work closely with production teams to support their technical needs.
∎ Manage inventory of technical equipment and supplies.
∎ Respond to emergency technical issues promptly.
∎ Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance.
