∎ 2+ years of experience in providing technical support or equivalent.
∎ Willing to participate in an operational support rota, as part of our 24/7 on-call support.
∎ Experience of Linux command-line utilities such as grep, sed, awk and top.
∎ An IT, Computing, or Electronic Engineering qualification or equivalent.
∎ A can-do attitude along with a willingness to learn and grow within the Cloud Operations team.
∎ Good attention to detail and excellent team working skills
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ An understanding of cloud technologies, such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
∎ Experience of scripting languages.
∎ Exposure to the Atlassian tool suite, such as Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.
∎ Experience in creation of knowledge base troubleshooting articles
∎ Essential skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setup and deploy our software into an AWS cloud infrastructure, using Terraform and Ansible.
∎ Triage, review and escalate customer alerts, incidents, and service requests.Ensure that all alerts, incidents, and service requests are handled within our agreed SLA.
∎ Create knowledge base troubleshooting articles, for each alert, incident, or service request.
∎ Collaborate with our internal teams to fully support our products and services.
∎ Spend time learning about our product software, Terraform, Ansible and AWS technologies.
∎ Your AWS learning will involve working towards Foundation and then Associate level certification through an approved pathway.
