Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Business Studies
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounts execution includes preparing monthly & yearly financial statements, Preparing PNL statements, accounts payable & receivables, Payroll and utilities, Cash forecasting, Debt activity, Cashflow statements, Trial balances, cash receipts & payments.
∎ Analyses financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; commute monthly and annual financial statements & commercial documents; collate and present reports to MD
∎ Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
∎ Update income tax & VAT file, renewal licenses.
∎ MD'S Personal ledger maintenance, personal accounts management & property management.
∎ Take up with any other assigned duties as per requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
