Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Finance, Administration, Computer skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all the activities in closing monthly Financial Statements.
∎ Ensure the relevant Journal entries regarding expenses, vendor adjustments, and bill payments have been posted prior to month end.
∎ Ensure the sales, receipts, income, and monthly receivables reconciliations has been performed & posted in the system.
∎ Ensure the inventory and cost related Journal components have been posted in Tally software.
∎ Calculate the monthly depreciation as per the asset register and posting in Tally Software.
∎ Maintain and update the chart of accounts and open new Ledger as per business requirements.
∎ Perform Bank Book, Cash Book & Reconcile Daily basis.
∎ Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
∎ Preparation of Quarterly Financial Statements.
∎ Preparation of Annual Financial Statements and related activities.
∎ Perform Import related accounts.
∎ Perform Audit of Sales, Purchase, Debit & Credit Vouchers before posting them.
∎
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate have Motorcycle will given priority.
∎ Knowledge Over Tally Software will given priority.
∎ Candidate should be good knowledge in English.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
