Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Finance, Management
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Inventory Manageemnt, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Report generation, self-motivation, Tally Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and VAT, Accounting Data Entry, Accounts Software, Banking, Marketing, Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform target based Sales, Maintain Regular Showroom/ Office records and accounts.
∎ Making order and Delivery Chalan.
∎ Maintain customer relation.
∎ Maintain Cash book, Bank book, Stock Ledger, Receivables & Payable with subsidiary Ledger
∎ To prepare Debit and Credit voucher
∎ To check and verify the vouchers and invoices.
∎ To maintaining file and documents related to accounts department.
∎ Reconcile party balance on monthly basis.
∎ Data entry in software and other manual register.
∎ Vat & Income tax related work.
∎ To perform any accounts related work assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate have to mindset perform any kind of work given by the management.
∎ Candidate have good knowledge in Journal, Ledger, Financial accounts, Reconciliation, Adjustment.
∎ Candidate have good command over Computer, data entry & various software.
∎ Candidate have to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate has a motorcycle or driving license will be given priority.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ A 3 years contract will be made with candidate and employers before Joining. Office Time will be 9:30 am to 8:30 pm. Employee has to perform duty in holidays if necessary. Overtime and phone bill is included with the given salary.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival Bonus will be given after successfully completion of One Year. In Eid Ul Adha 100% Bonus will be given on Gross salary. And In Eid Ul Adha 50% Bonus will be given on Gross Salary. No bonus will be given Before One year completion.
