Job Responsibilities of a Junior Accounts Officer:

• Prepare adjustment Journal Voucher & Post it in Tally Software.
• Posting Bank and Cash Payment Vouchers in Tally Software and carryout documentation properly.
• Maintain Suppliers' control ledger and confirm payable amount.
• Prepare and maintain books of accounts.
• Ensure all the bills & vouchers are approved by the authorized person·
• Reconcile cash balance periodically among cash book, advance, and physical cash balance.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of each month.
• Perform any other jobs instructed/advised by the management occasionally.
