Job Context:
∎ Looking for : Jr./Sr. Territory Sales Officer (Electronic Home Appliance, Retail)
∎ Job Location: Job Location will be on Division wise/Divisional Head Quarter.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in leading Multi Brand Electronic Home Appliance Retail sales Company is REQUIRED and it is highly preferred;
∎ Must have experience in leading and supervise showrooms; and
∎ Experience in conducting team training will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidate must have brand promotion knowledge and strong motivational skill;
∎ Candidates must have experience in showrooms sales monitoring (Electronic Home Appliance sector such as LED TV, Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, Freezer etc.);
∎ Candidate must have leadership quality and lead a dynamic team;
∎ Sound understanding of Electronic Home Appliance showroom Management;
∎ Candidate must be capable to work tougher with the showroom manager and achieve the annual as well as periodical sales target with the support of Sales team;
∎ Dynamic enough to create dealers/ resellers in every market under assigned division;
∎ Positive mentality and physical fitness to travel all over Bangladesh;
∎ The applicants should have experience in - i) Showroom management & Monitoring; ii) Sales
∎ Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work independently with the pace of time under pressure;
∎ Prepare weekly/ monthly report and submit to supervisor on a regular basis; and
∎ Computer literacy is compulsory (Ms. Word, Excel, Internet e-mail).
