∎ Bachelors/ Masters in accounting from reputed public & private universities with professional certification from ICAB/ICMAB

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Software, Accounts and Finance, ACCPAC
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparation of Monthly Profitability of Service Operation
∎ Responsible for checking and provisioning expenses of Service Opearion in Sage ACCPAC
∎ All types of payment for Service Operation and make provision in Sage ACCPAC
∎ Responsible for Calculation & Finalization of Monthly Variable Commission/Service Incentive/Annual Incentives and complete disbursement of Variable Commission/Service Incentive/Annual Incentives within deadline.
∎ Responsible for Checking of different types of bill voucher which assign by Supervisor.
∎ Responsible for Preparation of Feasibility Analysis of new expansion and also Existing sections based on New Investment.
∎ Collecting bills/Cash from the service personnel and update accordingly on daily basis.
∎ Disburse the advance TA/DA among the service technicians, checking the actual cost and update thereby.
∎ Responsible for service parts Price Approval.
∎ Responsible for Service parts Costing of every consignment and update the costing in System.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to vast knowledge of applicable Laws and accounting standard.
∎ Able to work under pressure independently with minimum supervision and Ability to direct and supervise.
∎ Adaptability and strong analytical approach, positive attitude, highly motivated, result oriented, target driven and able to work in a fluid and fast moving environment.
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
∎ Strong interpersonal skill, Smart, energetic and hard-working team member.
