Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s in any discipline from any reputed Public and Private University. Commerce graduate will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure product segregation, maintenance of stock register, implementation of FIFO
∎ Ensure on time delivery of products
∎ Ensure receiving and delivery of commercial & promotional Materials
∎ Maintain pest control, receive expired products and prepare the summary
∎ Receive sales proceeds from Distribution Assistants and update in the system accordingly
∎ Ensure dealing of petty cash and bank deposit of sales revenue
∎ Have strong monitoring on COD & Credit parties outstanding
∎ Prepare monthly head wise expenses summary with associated documents
∎ Raise payment invoices and prepare payment vouchers upon approval
∎ Prepare sales invoice against sales orders and update sales returns in system
∎ Update inventory by receiving challans in system and prepare different invoices in system
∎ Ensure stock transfer from depot to depot
∎ Ensure replacement of expiry products with the next available invoice
Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic knowledge in distribution process.
∎ Self-Motivated
∎ Honest, sincere and hardworking
