Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure VAT Challan for products delivery and maintain inventory registers following guidelines.
∎ Prepare VAT Challan on time without delay.
∎ Maintain VAT related ledgers and relevant documents.
∎ Prepare Mushok 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5 & 6.6 Challan as per VAT rules.
∎ Prepare export documents, price declaration, and perform relevant VAT activities properly.
∎ Daily Depot petty cash handing.
∎ Prepare petty cash voucher.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager time to time.
∎ Context:
∎ The applicant is responsible for ensuring compliance with VAT regulations across the company’s distribution & factory operations. This includes timely and accurate VAT filings, maintaining tax documentation, resolving VAT discrepancies, and staying updated with regulatory changes to mitigate tax risks.
