Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and networks.
∎ Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing appropriate security measures and regular backups.
∎ Manage network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, ensuring reliable connectivity across the institution.
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
∎ Assist faculty and staff with IT-related queries and problems, ensuring prompt resolution.
∎ Maintain an IT helpdesk system to track and prioritize support requests.
∎ Train and support faculty and staff in the effective use of educational technologies and digital tools.
∎ Ensure all software licenses are up to date and comply with legal requirements.
∎ Liaise with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, networking, basic programming and CCTV setting.
∎ Fully installed and properly functioning computer systems and accessories.
∎ An efficient software applications and antivirus software on the network.
∎ Dynamically ICT related support to all departments in office.
∎ Experience on IP Telephony system configuration and Maintenance.
∎ Ensure network security and connectivitySet up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Now we are looking for Assistant Executive/Executive-IT. The Assistant Executive/Executive - IT will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the institution's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related activities. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, supporting educational technologies, and collaborating with various departments to implement effective IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
