Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Plan & Monitor sales activities to achieve and ensure sales targets.
∎ Prepare monthly marketing plan, forecasting & determining sales strategies as per plan.
∎ Prepare daily & weekly visit plans with customers.
∎ Submit everyday forecasts & reports to the reporting authority.
∎ Collaborate with team members & supervising subordinates appropriately to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
∎ Maintain & develop relationships with existing customers.
∎ Sourcing & visit new customers for new business opportunities.
∎ Collect market data & Competitor's information.
∎ Understand customers' needs & provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Any others work assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Must have sales experience.
∎ Plastic-related experience will be preferable.
∎ Analytical ability,
∎ Leadership ability.
∎ Basic Computer knowledge.
∎ Bike driving license holder will be preferable.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Work Under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
