• BSc in honors eques balance degree from any recognized university.      

• Diploma in Livestock

• Responsible for frozen semen sales & marketing program and will be sole responsible for his specified areas by ADL authority.

• Prepare yearly sales target and business plan related to yearly, monthly, weekly sales target plan for maximization of profit and ensure the achievement.

• Collect regular sales order from dealer point as per target plan & to achieve as per target.

• Extend to your support to dealer & LST for progressive business and market expansions.

• Ensure quality AI Service provider (LST) selection & verification as per ADL selection criteria in the blank union or replacement and engagement.

• Ensure quality district distribution agent selection & verification as per ADL selection criteria for market expansion & ensure availability of semen service in the gap areas.

• Planning for dealership agents point follow up, LST follow up, progeny visit, farm visit, farmers training & meeting in assign areas

• Establish the strategy and direction of the marketing program along with short- and long-term goals for Depot.

• Market survey, market analysis, information preparation for market, Search scope of market for business expansion.

• Help in applying Innovative marketing and sale technique to increasing market share, analysis the customer demand, expectation & ensure AI service for market expansion.

• Establishment of Business relations among stakeholders, different related organizations non-Government organizations & project. Maintain liaison livestock programs and other organization

• To monitoring and supervision of Distribution agent activity & LST follow up regarding the planned sale activities.

• Collect competitor’s business information and SWOT analysis the strength & weak point. Prepare your business plan & strategy to increase market share.

• To assist in the development of marketing campaigns that are designed to expand brand recognition and highlight the benefits of ADL products and services

• Close contact with the local Government office of DLS as well for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in the prescribed format

• Ability to work anywhere in Bangladesh under pressure and strong problem-solving capacity in operation business, organizational, and management skills.

• Analyzing sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly.

• Maintaining and supervising all types of records online and update daily/regularly of the sales and Collection.

Any other Tasks as assigned by supervisor & management
