Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receives, greets and manages the guests, visitors, customers or clients, suppliers etc.·
∎ Receives and forwards the phone calls.·
∎ Note down the messages, requests, inquiries, complaints, questions and other various information of clients, visitors, suppliers etc. and forwards to the concerned personnel.·
∎ Perform general clerical duties, sending & receiving courier & e-mail etc.

∎ Job Responsibilities:·
