Experience:

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 1 year

• Age 20 to 25 years

• Accuracy of stock records vs. physical inventory.
• Timeliness of material issuance and replenishment.
• Reduction in non-moving or obsolete stock.
• Compliance with audit and safety standards.

Material Management

• Receive, inspect, and verify engineering spares, tools, and consumables as per purchase orders.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Assist in planning and forecasting material requirements in coordination with the maintenance and procurement teams.

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and balance of stock in ERP or manual registers.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and Stock Registers.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock reconciliations and assist in internal/external audits.

Coordination

• Liaise with procurement, maintenance, and accounts departments for timely material availability and documentation.
• Follow up with vendors for pending deliveries or material discrepancies.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with 5S, ISO, and other company standards for store management.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the store area.
• Dispose of scrap and obsolete materials as per company policy.

Continuous Improvement

• Suggest improvements for better inventory control, material handling, and documentation processes.
• Support digitization and automation initiatives (e.g., barcode systems, ERP updates).
