Job Responsibilities:
∎ You must be fluent in English Language and excellent in MS Excel which is a mandatory requirement for this position. Supervise and ensure assigned tasks are completed by the commercial team.
∎ Maintain good liaison with the buyers, suppliers, various factories forwarders, and bank for completing the documentation on time to smooth export and import.
∎ Ensure online shipment booking & documentation for export in a timely manner.
∎ Support month-end and year end close processes.
∎ Supply logistics to the company from central store.
∎ L/C, Banking Operation & Documentation.
∎ Operations regarding HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for import.
∎ Operations of Bank rules regarding L/C, TT and FDD & follow up.
∎ To keep and maintain import & export related records.
∎ Ensure negotiation & preparation of draft letters of credits (LC).
∎ Communicating with Supplier about the LC & acceptance.
∎ Verify import vendor bill, custom duty calculation in B/E, CHA Charges bills with agreed rate and applicable tariff as per customs.
∎ Follow-up PI, opening LC for importer and complete checking all commercial documentation related to import.
∎ Keep record of all import document, file, folders archive for future information organized wise.
∎ Collect all documents of import & export from concern authority, prepare form and various procedures for cash incentive accordingly and attain bank formalities.
∎ Have to perform other related duties as required or assigned.

∎ Minimum 5 years' agreement with the company, as the security of the agreement, you have to submit your original certificates to the company for 5 years so that you can't leave the job anytime.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Commercial export-import, Buying house(preferred)
∎ US & Canada based commercial work experience will get high preference.
∎ Good command of English and Bangla Language is must needed.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
