Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement models for organic crops and seed production.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and guide them on organic farming practices.
Oversee crop management, including seed selection, soil health management and pest control.
Monitor crop progress, quality and yield to ensure the achievement of targets.
Ensure compliance with organic farming regulations and certifications.
Conduct regular field visits and provide on-site technical assistance to farmers.
Coordinate with the supply chain team for the timely collection and distribution of crops.
Maintain detailed records of field activities and farmer performance.
