Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial/ Export-Import, Export Documentation, Supplier Management, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor total outstanding amount of each customers and follow up for payment recovery.
∎ Collect ERP and order details against each Invoice from CS team and make entry in excel file per each customer.
∎ Cross check ERP quantity and amount with our orders and make sure no deviation.
∎ Prepare Proforma Invoice.based on total outstanding amount and send to customers.
∎ Share LC and PI to respective team members by e-mail.
∎ Organize delivery challans against each PI and submit LC documents to customers for acceptance.
∎ Experience in VAT/TAX functions.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ • Minimum 1 years' experience in a Garments/Textile or in any International Garments Accessories Company on Commercial (L/C Open, Correspondence with local and foreign clients, banks ) and regular office accountancy work
∎ • Should have some idea in the field of Export & Import through Bank L/C & T/T,
∎ • Any other job assigned from time to time by the management.
∎ • We shall prefer those candidates who have practical experience in various types of MS EXCEL works and presently working in any garment accessories company.
Salary: Negotiable
