Experience:

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Inventory/Warehouse, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in accounting, Logistics, or related field

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Inventory/Warehouse, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Age 25 to 35 years

• 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse or stock control (LPG industry preferred)

• Familiarity with spreadsheet-based tracking; ERP experience is an advantage

• High accuracy in stock and financial record keeping, with strong coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask

• Basic communication skills in English and proficiency in Bangla

• Positions are based in: Dhaka, Tongi, Barisal, Bogura, Rangpur, Saidpur, Jhenidah, Narsingdi, Cumilla, Sylhet, Tangail and Cox’s Bazar,

Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions for the warehouse, including purchases and stock movements

• Maintain and organize warehouse financial and stock records for audit, inspection, and reporting purposes, and provide them to the head office when requested

• Reconcile warehouse petty cash

• Update financial data in ERP or accounting software as per warehouse activities

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly financial and stock reports to the line manager and head office

• Support stock reconciliation within the warehouse and coordinate with relevant teams for discrepancy resolution
