Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Skills Required: Bengali and English Typing, Excellent operating skills over MS Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be the point of contact for all of Bay Group's joint ventures whenever they have any issues that require resolution or assistance.
∎ Respond to the joint ventures via email, telephone and instant messaging.
∎ Arrange for the requestor's issue to be resolved/assisted by the capable in-house officer, department or company.
∎ Follow up with the assigned officer, department or company until resolution of the issue.
∎ Keep the requestor updated at all times with the progress of the resolution of the issue.
∎ Keep the Executive Director of Bay Group updated at all times regarding the issues requested by the joint ventures as well as on the progress of the resolution of those issues.
∎ Maintain a digital ledger/diary of all issues requested by the joint ventures and their outcomes.
∎ Manage a team of junior officers who will assist the JV Coordinator with providing services to the joint ventures.
∎ Prepare periodic reports for Management regarding the state of the joint ventures and the issues that needed resolution.
∎ Organize meetings between relevant stakeholders to discuss issues concerning the joint ventures and to arrive at quick decisions for resolution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bengali and English Typing
∎ Excellent operating skills over MS Office

Salary: Negotiable
