Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts and Finance
∎ Must have passed Parts 1 & 2 of CA exams.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on tax and accounting laws of Bangladesh.
∎ Ensure that the joint ventures maintain the appropriate accounting ledgers for VAT.
∎ Provide strategic financial recommendations to the managements of the Group and of the joint ventures.
∎ Maintain liaison with all financial institutions and Government sectors such as the Board of Investment, Bangladesh Bank, NBR, Bangladesh Customs, RJSC, EPB, BEZA and other external stake holders regarding financial issues.
∎ Submit timely and accurate analysis of financial reports and financial trends in order to enable Management to understand the performance of the joint ventures.
∎ Analyze and coordinate proper mix of equity and debt financing requirements.
∎ Provide recommendations for project financing.
∎ Provide recommendations to Management and the joint ventures on internal accounting policies and procedures.
∎ Identify key areas of financial risk within the Group and/or the joint ventures and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all quarterly financial information by the joint ventures.
∎ Develop projections for cash flow and fund disbursement.
∎ Planning for long-term and short-term capital requirements.
∎ Assist Management in developing business and financial plans for new joint ventures.
