∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Strong communication skill in English and Bangla both is required, Capacity to negotiate with government officials/ partners, stewardship of resources, transparency and accountability, Maintain a high morale with integrity and honesty.
∎ Experience: 5 years’ multi stakeholder management related work experience in NGOs
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identification of potential employers, maintain key contact with employer.
∎ Contact suitable employers, business entities, and professional associations.
∎ Key contact with employer, identification of job vacancy and/or job opportunity.
∎ Identify input and output sellers and provide market linkage support to entrepreneurs.
∎ The person will assist FC in report preparation and sharing with relevant stakeholders.
∎ S/he will work under the direct supervision of FC with matrix relationship with CDF-T&D and Finance Officer of the project.
∎ Develop and maintain contact with information providers as well as various community organizations
∎ Market services to employers and community groups to increase awareness
∎ Follow up after the intervention to assist target beneficiaries in getting jobs
∎ Project: JJS- Strengthening Resilience, Response and Recovery Capacity- a community led initiative of Climate Migrants and Covid 19 Affected slum dwellers in Khulna City.
∎ Assignment period: 31 October 2024
∎ Closing Date: 5 pm, 20 April 2024
