Talent Centric Ltd. is seeking a passionate and qualified Italian Language Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Italian language courses to students and professionals, helping them develop their communication skills and achieve their language-learning goals. The instructor should be able to create engaging lessons, assess student progress, and foster an interactive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Italian language classes for beginner and intermediate learners.

• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, assignments, and assessments.

• Teach Italian grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.

• Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback.

• Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

• Adapt teaching methods according to learners' needs and proficiency levels.

• Organize speaking practice sessions and cultural learning activities.

• Maintain attendance records and student performance reports.

• Stay updated with modern language teaching methodologies and educational technologies.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in the Italian language (B2/C1/C2 level or equivalent preferred).

• Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and engage learners from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools is an advantage.

• Relevant language certifications will be considered a plus.
