• B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed university.

• At least 1 year(s)Additional Job Requirement :Minimum three (01) years of experience as a Business development in Software / web Industry.
• Experience with International clientele in Agile methodology is an added advantage
• Excellent business communication & negotiation skill in English.
• Must possess Excellent Soft Skills and People Skills.
• Adherent to teamwork and always represent team in work and achievement.
• Strong aptitude to learn new technologies and leverage business analysis skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities/projects for self and others.
• Creativity, self-driven & must be business minded as opposed to engineering minded.
• Must have previous experience in antivirus support & sales

• Business Analysis & Requirement management.
• Coordinate between Client and Development team.
• Developing both business and technical solutions.
• Meeting or dealing with the clients.
• Develop new market and promoting business branding.
• Analyze the client business requirements then plan, design, discuss and suggest the best possible solution to the business need.
• Ability to lead team members and ensure team productivity.
• Engage with customers, product end-users, product managers, and internal subject matter experts to understand the key requirements and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements used for driving improvements, enhancements and/or creations of new applications.
• Create detailed use cases, supporting functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with development team in an Agile SCRUM environment to refine and support the development, testing and release of functionality.
• Support key internal cross-functional activities necessary for successful product release.
• Review, prioritize, comment and follow-up on projects.
• Create presentations & demos to help train internal teams on new functionality.
• Develop technical proposals & documentations based on R&D.
• Prepare Business Communication Materials like Marketing Proposals, Marketing Collateral, Case Studies, White Papers.
