Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a diligent, motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Executive IT Support. This exciting role offers the chance to gain valuable on-the-job experience in the IT field while simultaneously pursuing to build a solid foundation for a rewarding career in IT.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure Windows operating systems and software applications.
∎ Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and network issues, including connectivity and user permissions.
∎ Responding to incoming requests for support.
∎ Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing, commissioning of Intruder Alarm Systems – IP Surveillance Systems (CCTV systems) and Access Control Systems or related equipment.
∎ Determining software or hardware solutions to problems.
∎ Ensuring correct and efficient use of software and hardware.
∎ Downloading, installing and configuring new software and performing software updates.
∎ Installing, repairing and maintaining hardware and peripheral equipment such as monitors, routers and modems.
∎ liaison with ERP vendor in regards of smooth operation of ERP.
∎ Providing ongoing coaching and tuition to users.
∎ Maintaining and updating company WEB as required. Maintaining records of actions taken.
