  • Proficient in Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, Internet Browse & Search, PowerPoint Presentation.
  • Basic knowledge of Website design services, Domain & Hosting, Graphic design services, etc.
  • Good analytical ability and problem-solving skill is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook posts, Instagram, TikTok, etc..)
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills.
  • Passionate to deal with Individual & Corporate clients.


Responsibilities & Context:

  • Generate sales in different IT solutions like Web Design, Web Development, eCommerce Website Development, Software Development, Digital Advertising, Domain Hosting, Servers, SaaS onboarding, and various IT-related products and services.

  • Sales planning and target-based sales achievement.

  • Communicate with Clients over the phone.

  • Deal with Individual client`s initial query.

  • Arrange Clients Appointment.

  • Follow up with clients through phone calls, e-mail, and physical visits to generate sales.

  • Process and close the full sales procedures.

  • Create Corporate & Individual Leads.

  • Research on several projects.

  • Weekly sales/ activity report to reporting boss.

  • Search productive companies/institutes/ clients and communicate with them professionally.

  • Visit physically to different companies/institutes/ clients on daily basis to search for potential customers.

  • Handle customer complaints over calls and customer needs & deliver the proper solution.

  • Perform any tasks assigned by the management as per company requirements.
