As the IT Operations Manager at Grameen HealthTech, you will lead the organization’s IT infrastructure and data security functions to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing systems. You will oversee hospital IT operations, implement robust security measures, and ensure compliance with healthcare data standards. This role also involves guiding the IT team, optimizing system performance, and driving technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and digital healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Lead and manage overall IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Oversee hospital systems operations, maintaining optimal uptime and efficiency.

• Implement and monitor frameworks to optimize performance and swiftly resolve technical issues.

Data Security & Compliance

• Strengthen and manage data security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, data protection laws, and internal policies.

• Conduct periodic security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Hardware/Software Support & Team Leadership

• Supervise all hardware and software support operations for uninterrupted functionality.

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT team members to foster professional growth and accountability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy innovative technology solutions that enhance business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5–10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, preferably in healthcare or digital service environments.

• Proven track record in improving system reliability, data security, and operational performance.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
