∎ A Bachelor's Begree in computer systems or network engineering (BSE Hons) is preferred. The minimum requirement is an associate degree/diploma in Networking and IT systems management. Technical Certifications like CCNA are a plus.

Job Context:
∎ Hygienic Healthcare is a state-of-the-art medical diagnostic lab and test center located in Maghbazaar Wireless, one of the business hubs of Dhaka. The primary function of the facility is performing checkup tests for individuals travelling abroad for work or study. Our center is equipped with a wide array of modern lab equipment and the facility workspace and IT infrastructure is developed from the ground up in compliance with the requirement guidelines of an internationally accredited and recognized governing body for standards approval. We are currently conducting a recruitment campaign intending to hire young, energetic, motivated, and capable individuals who will enjoy working in a brand new high-tech high functioning facility in the healthcare sector. ∎ Office Location: 206, Green Saatmohol Commercial Complex, 2nd Floor, Maghbazaar Wireless More, Beside Rushmono Specialized Hospital, (Dutch Bangla Bank Building).
∎ Employment Status: Full-time, regular business hours (09:00-18:00 / 9am to 6pm).
∎ Work Policy: Presence is required at the office during regular business hours.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary responsibility of the role demands the experience to develop and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure along with performing basic diagnostic and troubleshooting of all office equipment and IT systems. Must have extensive knowledge of common office equipment hardware & software related troubleshooting issues such as driver compatibility issues of external devices and appliances like network switch, routers, modems, webcam, connected printers, scanners, fingerprint reader etc. (Windows 10 OS).
∎ Experienced in installing, configuring, and managing Windows server OS environment.
∎ Experienced in configuration and maintenance of LAN and PABX network.
∎ Should be self-motivated and stay updated on new technologies, systems, and policies regarding IT infrastructure for assisting management to fulfill organizational needs.
∎ Systems Auditing: Knowledge of how to perform system audits for data, network, and end-user system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
∎ System Administration: Testing programs and applications in sandbox environment before full deployment and roll-out to client workstations in the organization.
∎ Recovery: Knowledge of implementation and maintenance of data backup/redundancy, and Disaster Recovery System (DRS) for servers and critical operational files.
∎ Report Generation: Producing technical documentation and reports for internal and external use as required by management.
∎ Staff and IT Policy Development: The employee must be aware of the development of organizational IT security policy and training programs.
∎ Spokesperson/Communication: Serve as the primary contact and spokesperson for all matters and topics concerning the organization's IT infrastructure related demands and requirements for all internal and external agents. Adequate professional communication skills are mandatory to interact effectively with staff and other healthcare professionals.
∎ Organizational Skills: Multitasking ability, attention to detail / detail oriented, and prioritization of work in order of importance/deadline in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Healthcare Regulations Awareness: Familiarity with health information privacy laws and other relevant regulations, experience in medical background is helpful.
∎ Inventory and Databank Management.
∎ Build, manage and maintain an internal databank with record of all hardware, software and network systems related technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies procured for the organization along with other internal files and documents in the organizations cloud storage on a regular basis. Perform periodic checks for integrity at regular intervals.
∎ In addition to this, the Technical Executive will be responsible for managing, securing, organizing, maintaining, and supervising the controlled transfer/dissemination of the organization's files, reports, and all other internal documents for proper recordkeeping. Documents will need to be properly labelled for future referential and archiving purposes.
∎ Systems, User Accounts, and Network Infrastructure Operational Management
∎ Installing, configuring & maintaining all computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and other IT appliances and equipment as per organizational needs. (Windows OS).
∎ Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve, update and upgrade software, hardware, LAN, and network connectivity products, appliances and equipment related issues and problems for ensuring regular operational status and functionality.
∎ Create and manage Access Control / email and other relevant accounts for staff.
∎ Monitor and maintain network configuration, servers, workstations, network equipment, appliances, PABX, user accounts, and overall IT infrastructure.
∎ Security and End-user/Client Management
∎ Maintain and protect all internal user access privileges, requests, and authorizations.
∎ Ensure the operational capability of all organizational hardware and software systems including but not limited to backup of CCTV and DVR monitoring network and system.
∎ Conducting periodic system inspection and audits to ensure that software and hardware systems are performing optimally.
∎ Ensure network and end-user security through access controls, antivirus, backups, firewalls, and good end-user habits through training and active monitoring.
∎ Monitor and flag suspicious behavior of users/accounts and bring security related concerns to the management's attention.
∎ IT Policy and Support Management.
∎ Act as the primary contact and spokesperson for all inside and outside agents in all computer technology and IT infrastructure related matters.
∎ Support and plan the development of IT policies in coordination with management and ensure implementation of existing policy. Produce technical and policy guidelines related documentation and reports for internal usage and reporting as per organizational requirements.
∎ Develop plan to train staff in both existing and new technologies as per organizational requirements.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network related issues and provide adequate support as per requirement to ensure unhindered business operations.
∎ Perform additional IT dept. relevant assignment not currently detailed herein & required by management to achieve organizational goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years in healthcare administration or in a similar/related environment.
