Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality sector
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers, and security systems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage hotel management software, booking engines, and POS systems
Monitor network performance and maintain IT infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, etc.)
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and systems
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services and procurements
Perform routine data backups and system security checks
Provide technical support to staff and ensure minimal downtime
Ensure compliance with data privacy and cyber-security policies
