Education:

• Bachelor`s/ Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) and CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certifications are required.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English is must.

• Solid understanding of hardware/software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.

• Familiarity with networking principles and application testing.

• Good interpersonal skills, ability to train and support non-technical users.

• Willingness to travel frequently to stores and warehouses as required.

A leading international convenience store chain, and one of the largest in its home country is entering the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited. With an ambitious vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this exciting journey, we are seeking a competent IT Manager to oversee and coordinate all IT functions in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders.

Job Purpose

The IT Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing end-to-end IT systems including software applications, databases, and automation tools to support various operational areas across the organization. This role ensures alignment between business requirements and IT capabilities, leads cross-functional system development initiatives, maintains IT infrastructure, enhances Cyber security, and drives IT transformation efforts to support continuous business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the full IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networking) required for new store, warehouse, and office openings.
• Conduct testing and trials of new applications prior to roll out to ensure functionality and compatibility.
• Perform regular training, maintenance, and repairs of hardware and software in stores, warehouses, and offices, following predefined schedules.
• Support and guide store, warehouse, and office employees in operating IT systems and applications.
• Plan and implement a monthly store visit schedule for IT support and system check-ups.
• Develop and deliver training or guidance on common technical issues and processes.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve IT-related issues across all operational areas.
• Handle and resolve technical complaints related to the operation of IT equipment and applications.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality in alignment with the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS)
