∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Firewall, IT Support Service, Linux and windows environments, Windows Administration, Windows and Linux Operating System

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage information technology and computer systems.
∎ Maintaining and configure Windows and Linux Server, Mail Server, Firewall and other devices.
∎ Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
∎ Analyze business needs presented by users and recommend technical solutions with the completion timeline
∎ Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans
∎ Direct research in emerging technology by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
∎ Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, information security and control structures
∎ Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, and anticipating organizational requirements
∎ Install hardware and peripheral components
∎ Load appropriate software packages such as operating systems (windows and Linux)|
∎ Administer email and anti-virus systems
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve user issues relative to all corporate software in a timely manner
∎ Participate in all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts
∎ Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Solid background as an IT manager or in a matching field
∎ Proficiency in technical management and data analysis
∎ Advanced knowledge of computer software/hardware systems
∎ Staff management experience
∎ Extreme awareness of data governance and data management
∎ Excellent familiarity with computer networks installation and administration
∎ Leadership and organizational skills
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects
∎ Outstanding communication skills
∎ Problem-solving aptitude
