Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) /BA
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Diploma in Computer Science (Networking)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert in all IT support and troubleshooting activities related to Servers, Structured Networking & VPN, and Internet Connectivity.
∎ Router's, Wi-Fi Devices, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Firewall installation, Network printers.
∎ IP Based Video Surveillance, Access Control Devices & Attendance-Payroll System.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, Server System, operating systems, and applications.
∎ Maintaining and Monitoring Windows Active Directory System (Windows 2003 Server), Supporting SQL server and Anti-Virus Application.
∎ Providing Support to Corporate Computer users and Smartphone users (IOS & Android) and any other handheld devices.
∎ Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources.
∎ Reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as data backups.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Microsoft Office server 2003 install & troubleshooting.
∎ Install and troubleshooting of SQL server.
∎ Local Area Networking
∎ IP camera setup, WIFI device, Firewall set up.
∎ VPN set up
∎ First priority if have experience about ERP system (Navision)
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills in English, action-oriented approach to work;
∎ Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users and other professionals;
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 28000 (Monthly)
