∎ Should have strong communication skills in English and Bengali (Oral and written)

∎ Ability to work well under strict deadlines

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring support in Administering and monitoring IT operations of the institute under the guidance of Sr IT Executive;
∎ Ensuring support in maintaining of the daily operations of ERP solutions and prepare reports as required by the top management in excel or formats of ERP.
∎ Updating the institutional websites regularly as per approval of the authority
∎ Configure and manage the security systems with all IPPABX, CCTV Surveillance System, Attendance Devices and Access control etc.
∎ Installation, configuration and support of large-scale network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, load balancers and other network equipment
∎ Providing necessary support to monitor the hardware, software and managing system and service performance
∎ Configuration of voice and wireless services and equipment
∎ Performing periodic security reviews and maintain network infrastructure to appropriate security standards
∎ Providing technical security support, advice and further analysis on the vendor products and technologies infrastructure
∎ Effectively interacting with other members of the team to provide security solutions to technical issues
∎ Supporting the Institutional day to day needs and be part of a rotational on-call support workflow to respond to urgent Network issues.
∎ Executing any other assignment as and when required by the competent authority
